2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect no personal information. Operation Mind Game is a fully offline game that does not require an account, registration, login, or any form of personal identification to play.

The only data the App stores is:

• Your high score — saved locally on your device using AsyncStorage (device-only, never transmitted).

This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party.

We explicitly do not collect any of the following:

• Device identifiers (IMEI, Android ID, Advertising ID / GAID)

4. LOCAL DATA STORAGE

The App uses AsyncStorage — a standard React Native local storage mechanism — to save your high score between sessions. This data:

• Is stored entirely on your device
• Is never transmitted to any server
• Is not shared with any third party
• Can be deleted at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing the App's data in your device settings

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Operation Mind Game does not integrate with any third-party service that collects user data. Specifically:

GOOGLE PLAY STORE

The App is distributed via the Google Play Store. When you download or update the App, Google may collect certain information in accordance with their own Privacy Policy. This is governed solely by Google and is outside our control.

BACKGROUND MUSIC

The App includes background music licensed under CC0 (Creative Commons Zero) sourced from OpenGameArt.org. The audio file is bundled within the App itself — no streaming, no external connections.

FONTS

The App uses the Orbitron font family via the @expo-google-fonts/orbitron package. The font files are bundled locally within the App and are not fetched from Google Fonts at runtime.

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Operation Mind Game is suitable for all ages, including children under the age of 13. The App does not collect, use, or disclose any personal information from any user, including children.

We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations. Because we collect no personal data from any user, no special parental consent mechanism is required.

7. APP PERMISSIONS

Operation Mind Game requests the following Android permissions:

• No special permissions required. The App does not request access to camera, microphone, location, contacts, storage, or any sensitive device features.

The App functions entirely without sensitive system permissions. All gameplay is self-contained with no network calls required during play.

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date at the top of the policy.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
